Picture came out LARGE, Help!

Last night I couldn't get pictures loaded so I gave up. Now I edited it adding only 1 picture to my post and it came out huge. I read the directions but it only talked about a resizer with XP and I don't have that. Ultimately I would like to add 2 or 3 pictures to my post. Can you help?

Or you can use paint program view stretch/skew option.

Just remember to rename your resized picture so you keep the original.
