Can't download again

I cleared my cache and did all the right stuff, but I can't download Thomas' newest designs. I was able to do the Hail to the chef, but not Thomas'. What am I doing wrong?

If, we can isolate your problem and know, if it is SF specific.

Anoother user wrote me, that she was unable to open my Zips downloaded at SF, but that she could open them downloaded from the "fan-site" - curious...
