Graduation Gift....Pot Holders

Post by BethyBess »

I love giving blue jean potholders as gifts. It's a gift that everyone needs and uses.

When this young man goes to college he'll be glad to have some kitchen supplies that aren't covered with hearts or bears or something.

I just have to say that the graduation cap is a freebie from ShariMarie in the Free Designs section. viewtopic.php?f=16&t=93456&st=0&sk=t&sd ... uation+cap This design sewed out perfectly....I was sooooo impressed with the detail! Thank you ShariMarie!

Those are great! Do you interline them with something?

Those do look good! I never thought of using denim for pot holders. Another great way to recycle jeans! Thanks for sharing.

What a wonderful idea!!! I think these are fabulous!!!! With all the leftover denim I have from the jeans that are worn too thin to wear or outgrown--what a wonderful way to recycle jeans!!! And guys or girls will love them! You're right, those guys don't appreciate all the flowery stuff--of course, neither do some of the girls I know!LOL Thanks for sharing this idea.
