If you need assistance of any kind please email april.boudreau@allbrands.com. I generally respond within 24-48 hours but will ALWAYS respond. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE YOUR EMAIL PROBABLY CAME BACK TO ME AS UNDELIVERABLE. SPAM FILTERS SET ON HIGH OFTEN REJECT EMAILS FROM FORUM PROGRAMS. YOU WILL HAVE TO SET YOUR SETTINGS LOWER TO RECEIVE MY RESPONSES.

What to do if you cannot get logged in

Post by CajunQuilter »

Please email april.boudreau@allbrands.com Send me your username and your email address that was used to create the account. If you are not sure send me any username or email address you might have used and I can look up your account. As long as I have one I can look up the other in case you forget your username, etc.
The most common reason noone can log in is that their account has been inactive for 30 days. At this point the program renders the account inactive and I have to reactivate it from the Administrative panel.
I cannot see passwords and occasionally have to make one up to check the function of the account. If this happens you can change it back once you log on.

Hi Carol,
I had to re-activate because of inactivity for over 30 days. Now I want to change my password back to what it was and it said I could do that via the PROFILE page but I can't seem to locate that! Where is it??

Hi
You can email me and I can set it or go to the user control panel upper right of each page. Follow the instructions and you will receive an email with a blue link to activate it.
Also I do not have the 30 day kick out activated so you should be able to log in no matter how long it has been. Carol

When you email me please send me your username.

WE RECENTLY MADE A CHANGE IN THE PROGRAM AND YOU WILL HAVE TO LOG BACK IN AGAIN IF YOU WERE SET TO BE LOGGED IN AUTOMATICALLY EACH TIME.

JUST TYPE IN YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD AGAIN AND CLICK THE LOG ME IN AUTOMATICALLY BUTTON.
