Can't create an account

Hi!
I would like to register but for some reason the forum kept saying the verification code wasn't valid. Now I'm getting "You have exceeded the number of registration attempts for this session. Please try again later."
I can't figure why, except maybe because my keyboard is set for another language than english...
What should I do?
