new member can't log in

IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE YOUR EMAIL PROBABLY CAME BACK TO ME AS UNDELIVERABLE. SPAM FILTERS SET ON HIGH OFTEN REJECT EMAILS FROM FORUM PROGRAMS. YOU WILL HAVE TO SET YOUR SETTINGS LOWER TO RECEIVE MY RESPONSES.

Hey mods admins etc...A new member has contacted me about not being able to log in. It keeps telling her she is using the wrong login name, so she requested her password be resent, and tried again by following the directions with that, but it still won't allow her user name. Please pm me and I will give you her info!
