Can some one tell me how to upload some embroideries to share with all you wonderful people out there? would like to return the favor.......

You have to be the creator of the files. To post files from other people would be against copyrights.
If they are your creations just follow the instructions here

I think you misunderstood me, I didn't make it too clear what I'd like to do....is share some actual embroidery files-not only a pic or project pic....do you just add the embroidery file as an attachment? in a zip? and what format is good for everyone?I can do most....
I do alot of sketching and most of my embroideries are from my own sketches so no copyright problems
I have tried to mimic some designs from antique linens (1800's) but there again they are sketched out first. Then fixed up on computer before I digitize them....

Up load the files the same as you would the pictures. Just ignore the resize part of the discription.
