adding pictures of design

i have posted several designs onto free embroidery designs forum and am now having trouble how to get sample pic of design onto the post as well can anyone help i a computer dummy

My husband says once you hit the print button on your keyboard (which I never noticed til now) go to start, word document, then hit paste and it should appear on the page. Then you can use it as an attachment if you save it in a file. See is this works.
