Registering

I have been trying for weeks to register. I keep getting an error message "confirmation code you entered is incorrect". I have typed it with the proper case and continue getting the same error message. Can someone please help me?

Please email me at carol@allbrands.com with your user name, email and password. I do not find bstar as a registered user when I check here this morning.

I didn't forget any of you - there are 14 of you- I got an email from my IT that I read earlier and I will try what they way either tomorrow or Monday am. (My family is in computer withdrawl-DH says it belongs to him tomorrow.) Worse comes to worse I have written instructions from IT how to delete a membership so may have to resort to that for those I can't figure out.
