STILL CAN'T LOG IN

I found out my user name is Donna 1 and I still can't log in. I did it so many times now I have to wait 30 minutes. Can I change my password? Will that work?

It may work but you might have to wait the 30 minutes because those things are preset in the program. I am so sorry but keep trying and, if all else fails, tomorrow I will email our IT department and see if they can help so keep me posted.
