Downloading Designs

When I try to download a design it goes right to the "thank you for this design" page. No picture of the design... How do I get the design to show up so I will be able to see the design?

Diane, we need a bit more info. Are you using embroidery software? if so which one are you using ? if you are not using embroidery software ,that would explain no pictures. or sometimes you just have to change a setting if you are using software to make the pictures show up. Rosemary
