She accidentally chose she was 12 years old when she signed up and tried contacting the forum for some help but has not heard back. Her name is tytbody. Can you help her?

I looked up the profile but am not seeing where I can change that setting.

I would suggest to have her create a new login name, as I'm not seeing any way to correct her existing one.
