How do you download and get an embroidery file?

I click on the download button and it says I have downloaded a php. What is a php? When I put the downloaded file in my reader/writer it says the files are empty. What should I be doing so I can download an embroidery file and not just a php.

Are you using Internet explorer?

Try right click and "Save Target As "

( You always need to be logged in to download.)

I'm using Microsoft Explorer I right click and save it as...file.Sometimes it works. The majority of times it doesn.t

I just tried a few more. If the files are zipped, I have no problem. If they are not zipped, it get a download php. As for signing in, my name is on the list of people using the forum so I must be.

Help havebeen trying to re-register because it states that my old registration is not correct. what must i do. Would like to view free designs and d0wnload if possible.

When I download the wedding cake tag it is in PES format. I just click on the download button and place in the file that I have. I did not have a problem downloading it.
