I always log in before I download. I right click and save to a file. If the designs are zipped then there's no problem. If they aren't zipped, I get the download php file that cannot be opened in my computer. My computer tells me the size of the file, so there's something there, I just can't access ...

I've been having the same problem, getting the download php file that can't be opened. I'm also a new member and didn't know about the 30 posts. Perhaps that is the case. If so, I'll soon find out.

I just tried a few more. If the files are zipped, I have no problem. If they are not zipped, it get a download php. As for signing in, my name is on the list of people using the forum so I must be.

I click on the download button and it says I have downloaded a php. What is a php? When I put the downloaded file in my reader/writer it says the files are empty. What should I be doing so I can download an embroidery file and not just a php.
