If you email me at carol@all brands.com I can reset your password and get you going again. We had a format program change recently and we didn't knows it at the time but we learned that everyone had to relog in and rec lick the keep me logged in button. That could explain it. In order to change your password go to the user control panel upper right of each page. Look in the profile section. Type in your new password. Once you submit it you will get an email. There is a blue highlighted link in the email you must click to activate the new password. I also can change passw...

What happens when you put in your information on the log in page-after you enter your username and password what do you do next? Do you click the log me in automatically button then scroll down and submit? Thanks Carol

Please do not use an email as your username

We always worry someone will get your email and use it for spamming, etc.
When we see this we always delete the @,,,,, and notify the member.

I asked the IT department at AllBrands to check and he downloaded a jef file without a problem. If you find one that won't work click the red ! bottom right of the post and that will alert a moderator to take a look. Thanks Carol

I am thinking the same thing that the file may not have been there and I honestly do not know what NGS is.

Glad to have put your mind at ease.
A lot of people have been emailing me thinking they somehow messed up their accounts when all they had to do is relog in and some had to put the code in.

We recently had a program update and all members had to re-log in if they had been logged in automatically.
If you try too many times in a certain period of time it has a kick out and forces you to put in a code to get back in.
This is to prevent hacking of your account.

When you email me please send me your username.

WE RECENTLY MADE A CHANGE IN THE PROGRAM AND YOU WILL HAVE TO LOG BACK IN AGAIN IF YOU WERE SET TO BE LOGGED IN AUTOMATICALLY EACH TIME.

JUST TYPE IN YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD AGAIN AND CLICK THE LOG ME IN AUTOMATICALLY BUTTON.

Hi
You can email me and I can set it or go to the user control panel upper right of each page. Follow the instructions and you will receive an email with a blue link to activate it.
Also I do not have the 30 day kick out activated so you should be able to log in no matter how long it has been. Carol

A mod was checking before letting you know. Sorry you got here sooner. Peeps are a registered trademark owned by a candy company in Pennsylvania. Since your design indicated it was a PEEP we had to remove it. Thanks for your understanding.

Hi, I sent you a reply but it came back to me saying your computer won't accept it. You are NOT banned from the forum. Your computer, I believe, is viewing the forum as spam. You may need to lower your filter settings to medium to view the forum.
