Unable to download HUS

This has been a relatively new problem, last 5 or 6 days. I can download anything else. On HUS all I get is the crazy alpha and numeric computer language. How can I get around this? The right click and save as didn't do it. TIA, Mary

What design is causing you problems?

I just download this .hus file

17 thread changes; 8 colors

This downloaded and converted to .jef fine,( rotated )

Just read the car posts and see you have listed your problem there too.
Hopefully some of the suggestions there will help you, work out the problem.
Suggest you try IE as I can download or use 'save target as' and both work fine
