Thank you so much for this link. I downloaded it a few hours ago and have been playing with it ever since!

Not only is it good for giving the color matches for different brands of thread, but when you print out the details the second page lists the colors and shows exactly which part of the design they sew. This will be so useful for the many applique designs I have which had no instructions with them, especially the ones with multiple fabric pieces.

I love it - so glad I found this forum!

We are happy to hear that you are enjoying the Software. All of the Floriani software is user friendly. And if you ever get a chance to hear him speak do so. His family has been in the embroidery business for generations. When I met him and went to his lecture he had the most beautiful samples of 100 yr old embroideries his family had done.

thank you for posting the second download link. I see there are other options to examine in the software too.

I could not download; got through the registration and the internet service would not connect. I tried to re-do and it would not let me beyond the registration. Is it because I registered the first time?

I don't know if this is allowed since it's another embroidery forum - but I also post on the "SICK" site ... if you have their toolbar, it includes a "threadchart" which is right there and handy on your toolbar :)

I tried to download also, and went to the top and used the blank dealer code (actually it has a "period" in it) but was still unable to download it. Any suggestions?
TIA

This is obviously not available to people outside of the USA. I live in Australia but it just won't download for me. Would have been a great tool. Thanks for your time anyway. Lainee

Here is the direct link to Floriani:

http://florianisoftware.com/download/up ... iSetup.exe

You can purchase it direct from RNK www.rnkdistributing.com

It actually loads all of their demo as well. To access the demo you can go through your start/programs/floriani/demo

In the demo you can not save however you can see all of the useful features.

We went to a weekend training with Walt Floriani and it was awsome. He makes digitizing a lot easier to understand and his software is by far the easiest I have used.

 Can you explain briefly about the Free Thread Converter Download - Fioriani?
And I don't know if I accidentally put the wink at the beginning or not.....that's why I left it there? Thanks. mary

I could not even get to a part that let me download anything, each time I would click on the download link on the Floriani page, it would bring up a new window with the same page on it! How do I get this to download?

I just tried to download this free item (http://www.florianisoftware.com/register.php) and it is asking me to select a dealer. I selected one and it still won't let me register. Am I doing something wrong? :?:

Hi, I know this is not a "free" design however most of the members who would be interested in this download usually come here. This is free thread converter software. A member PM'd me asking if I knew of free software to match a thread she needed so I sent her this and then thought maybe I should post it here too. Hope this helps someone. CajunQuilter

I was very excited about this program, but I cannot download it without a $14.70 purchase! :( Please advise if you know how to get it without a purchase. Thanks for the information anyway! J

What's your dealer's name? :)) They would appear to be REALLY POPULAR!
