AWSOME:
1 Pkg angel hair spaghetti
2/3 c. parmasean cheese
2 lg. eggs
1 sm. container cottage cheese
shredded motzarella cheese

3 lg cans crushed tomatoes
diced onions
green pepper
and spices
cook with 2lbs. hamburger
(OR USE PREGO AND ADD HAMBURGER)

COOK SPAGHETTI, DRAIN, ADD 2 BEATEN EGG, AND PARMASEAN CHEESE.MIX TOGETHER WELL, FORM CRUST WITH THIS IN A LG. CASSEROL DISH. ADD A THIN LAYER OF COTTAGE CHEESE AND THEN YOUR SAUCE MIXTURE. COOK @ 350 FOR 30 MIN. ADD MATZARELLA CHEESE TO TOP AND REPLACE IN OVEN TO MELT. REMOVE FROM OVEN LET SET FOR 15 MIN AND SERVE.

That does sound nummy, and we all love pasta! And, I love things like that I can put together in the morning and stick it in the fridge and bake it for supper! I can get lost in my sewing room, and we won't starve that night. :lol:
