unable to log in :(

Hi ladies!
I usually have my password saved and never have to remember it...LOL I thought I knew it and didn't HAHA!! I apparently tried too many times and now it won't let me in at all...I have even tried to reset my password..Is this only a temporary thing or can one of ya'll help? Thanks bunches!
