Suddenly can not download designs

I hope I am putting this in the right place, if not please excuse. I tried to download last night (Thru.) and then again a little while ago (Fri.) and was unable to. I had downloaded lots of Embrodiery RN borders and somehow they got erased and I was tring to redownload them. Did I mess up because I downloaded too many or is there something else wrong. I love your forum and I would love to keep using it. I do Thank each and every one who donate and hopefully I will learn how to digitize and share also. Please let me know how to start downloading again. With many thanks and God Bless.
