Problems Downloading files

Post by dorothyj55 »

Could some one help me tell me why when I download some zip files they come up as EFW files. Its not just on this site and it isn't all the time. But I can't seem to open them. Is there something I can do? Thank-you Dorothy.

This could be your security sytem, changing the extension.

If you are confident it is an embroidey download from a trusted site.
You could try altering the .efw to .zip and try that.
