I have been trying for 3 hours to download a picture and I still get the same error message. I wandered if everyone else is having the same problem. I have resized the picture, so I know it's not the size of the picture.

This is an ongoing problem that we have been having. We are aware of it and are trying to fix it. Keep trying. It will eventually go through.

Yup , having the same trouble with pics. doesn't seem to matter what size they are.......It's nice to have a pic, but I just click and open instead of download when I wanna see it.......slower but it works.
