how to hide my username on the forum

Hello,
I just joined the forum and that is great.
But I would like to hide my username from the forum. I looked for the button " hide your name from the list " but it was not there in my profile.
What can I do.

go to your profile ---> check/ uncheck HIDE ONLINE STATUS
......
you only can hide from reg member, Admin & Mod still see you online

Thank you for the reply but I can't seem to find the Hide Online Status button in my profile. There simlpy isn't .

Hiding has been turned off on the Forum. The option does not show for anyone and even if it was marked when it was allowed it is turned off now so no hide and seek here. Sorry
