PLEASE HELP ME~CAN'T LOG IN

My user name is Donna 1
I am supposed to be automatically logged in. I've been on the forum several times today, this past time I'm not logged on and can't log on. I have tried everything and just can't log on. I have my orginal email with my password so I know I'm using the correct password. Could you please help me?
