Hi
Can you lease help a friend to sign in. We cannot get it to work

I sent your info to Admin. I could find the ID, but I could not find the e-mail that you gave. My guess is your friends account is inactive. You have to log in at least every 30 days or your account flips to inactive.

I fixed it and emailed her - it was as Static Jolt had guessed, just inactive. All you have to do is make sure you log on each time instead of just viewing and then the computer gives you credit for it! Thanks.
