cant upload design or pic
cant upload designs or pic keeps telling me maximum uploads exceeded contact administrator why is this happening? my limit is no where near full

It may be IE that is giving you problems. Do you have another browser you can use?
Most folks with this problem find the next day it isn't a problem, but they have turned their PC off between that time and IE gets it's stuff back together on reboot.
I have read reports on the Web on IE doing this for all types of different systems. Most advise loading Firfox so when it happens you just switch browsers and upload the file.
