How do I get back to old forum setting

My computer went on the fritz and now that it is fixed, i have the new Forum page. I want to get back to the way it was before the change. How do I do that?

I know there was a sticky note posted that walks through this somewhere..
But in short:
1) At the top right of the page, click "USER CONTROL PANEL"
2) Within the user control panel, click the button that says "BOARD PREFERENCES".
3)There's a dropdown next to "MY BOARD PREFERENCES" that currently says "AllBrands 2014" Click the down arrow and select "subsilver 2"
4) Click the SUBMIT button.
