changing formats

ok I have a topaz 20 and the format is vip3.... and there is some designs you cant get that format..... I have sewwhatpro software..... is that any way that I change one format to vip3 for my machine....... I just got the sewwhatpro..... and I don't now what im doing with it yet.... so can someone help me thanks brenda

This does not sound like a digitizing question, but a conversion question.

With most editing software programs you should be able to convert your downloads or collections of designs that are not vip3 to vip3.
