I am looking for a good site to get t-shirts, sweatshirts and sweatpants, bibs, towels....etc online. I don't have a tax id and I am new to embroidery so I am sure I will be having some boo-boos so I want good quality at good prices........LOL.

If you don't have a tax ID, look for some co-op yahoo groups, that way you don't have to buy a ton of stuff, at a time, but still get pretty good deals.
i know there are several other places that people get things from so i'm sure some one else will chime in as well

also i would go to the fabric store and get some cheap rements to practise on with different weights of fabrics, and one more thing i find useful is get some cheap felt that you can test stitch designs on

Good luck!

I go to Goodwill or other thrift stores, I know that dosn't help you much if you can't get out tho. They have loads of blank t-shirts, sweatshirts etc. Something that I can practice on with stabilizer and different fabrics. I have also found lots of NICE tablecloths, placemats, runners and napkins too.

Try one of these suppliers. I have ordered from both and found them to be reasonable with excellent customers service.

Walmart is good for inexpensive items to learn on. If you can't get there, maybe order from them online. Also Penneys has an online store too and I like their zippered sweatshirts.l

Sign up at ShoppersRule. They have breathtaking specials that they e-mail to members. Some are just one or two day sales. Right now they have a special on long sleeve crew neck tees and hoodies.

They have other merchandise and "blanks", but I wait for specials and stock up.

You can also try outletshirts.com and cheaptees.com. They both sell t-shirts and polos. About any kind of shirt you would want to embroider
