This mallard sewed out well in JEF 8x8, but I have not tried the 5x7 or 4x4. There are 25 color changes (wish I knew the best way to include a color chart--it's confusing with so many brands of thread) If you prefer, you can skip the first 6 colors and sew only the mallard omitting the background and reflection. Enjoy, Sharon

COLOR CHART: I sewed this using Admelody and Maderia colors, but my software lists Janome color numbers. Thanks to another member for the reference to this site, http://threadchart.info/ where you can type in the Janome thread number and choose a similar color from another brand.

color Janome thread number
1 231
2 220
3 221
4 228
5 235
6 270
7 260
8 222
9 254
10 002

19 251
20 205
21 204
22 252
23 210

Hope this is helpful--I know when colors are layered, it can be confusing. Enjoy and thanks for the suggestions from this group. Sharon

Sharon, Thank You so much it is beautiful. I love all the colors they have in them. Can you knot tell us the colors you used and then there is several color conversion charts out there surely we could figure it out. Here is a good conversion chart and has several thread companies listed.
