I have a Melco EMT10/4T and on one of the heads, one or two of the needles unthread themselves during the initial few stitches after a trim. I have checked the needle depth, which is correct and also the hook timing and the both tensioners . maybe you have some suggestions? tnx

Here are a couple of links that may be of some help to you.

On the left side of the page click on your machine model name and then it takes you to some information on the machine.

You could use the contact link on the above website links to try to get help with your machine
Try to contact one of the Techs through this link.
Click or point your mouse on a location on the map and you will get the Techs name and contact information.

Here is a group you can join and ask question about the machine.
There may be a few Melco Techs on the group that could answer your questions.

Here is a list of Distributors World wide - Click on your country perhaps you can contact someone through this list.
