My IT guy this morning says tell everyone to check their spam filters. This seems to be the problem for some of the members.

The email address you emailed me won't accept an email. It says it is not an active acct.

I think once IT gets to work Monday we should see these problems disappear-it took 2 or 3 days for someone. Could you give it another business day and then email here again if no luck? Thanks.

It may take a couple of days to activate the account-we seem to be running a few days behind initial registration til someone can download. Also make sure you are logged in. I am not sure what IE7 is-could you please tell me-Internet explorer& maybe-I'm sorry, you will learn, I am NOT the techie...

Thanks-I almost PM'd her last night and planned to today if noone had answered-you can tell the reader you are answering since I can't speak French-took it in school when I was 11, 12, 13-too many years ago to remember much!!

It took another new member about two days or more to get her user ID stuff after she registered-see the subject prior to yours-and then it came. I would try this next-open another email account with hotmail,yahoo etc and see if that will work.

I spoke to IT-the best I can do at this point is I deleted the user information and the email address. You will have to reregister but it should allow you to do this. There was no other way I could figure out to do this. I didn't ban the information, just deleted it so you could put it in again.

I have looked up everything you have posted and cannot find you as a member. You jhave tried to reregister? What if you create a new email account at hotmail, yahoo etc and then try to register as a new user? Worth a try.
